Balema Smalls has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry with a primary focus on developing customized financial roadmaps to help achieve financial security. Balema received her BS in Finance from Mercer University in Macon, GA.

Balema is actively involved in the church and coaches softball at a local high school.
