Under Cedric's leadership, CMPNO has grown into a trusted partner for government-sector clients, earning a reputation for reliability, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery. Since 2022, the company has secured more than $1 million in federal projects throughout the continental United States and the Caribbean. His strategic vision has fostered valuable partnerships with nationally recognized NETA firms and members of the Louisiana CEO Roundtable, resulting in the successful acquisition and execution of multiyear federal contracts spanning five states and the Bahamas.

Cedric's professional foundation was built through 25 years of distinguished service in the United States Army, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills that continue to drive his success today. In 2003, he deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to service, mission readiness, and national security.
