A New Orleans native, Cedric Morgan is a 25-year retired United States Army veteran, entrepreneur, and government contracting professional. He is the President and Founder of CMPNO, a Louisiana-based facilities maintenance firm established in 2016 that specializes in government contracts and mission-focused facility support services.

Under his leadership, CMPNO has grown into a trusted facilities maintenance provider serving government-sector clients. Since 2022, the company has secured more than $1 million in federal projects in the continental US and in the Caribbean, reflecting its commitment to reliability, operational excellence, and high standards of service delivery. CMPNO has cultivated a culture of collaboration. He has partnered with national NETA firms and members of the Louisiana CEO roundtable to secure multiyear federal contracts across five states and the Bahamas.

His professional foundation was shaped by more than two decades of military service in the U.S. Army, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and problem-solving skills that continue to guide his work as a business owner. In 2003, he deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, further demonstrating his commitment to service, mission readiness, and national defense.

He is a graduate of Eleanor McMain Magnet School and the University of New Orleans.
