Jackson Garth is the Chairman of Westview Equity Partners and serves as the Minister of Digital Economy & Financial Innovation for the Global Economic Development Fund Association (GOEDFA). The Global Economic Development Fund Association (GOEDFA) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) granted a special consultative status with the United Nations. GOEDFA’s goal is to provide communities affected by disasters with the necessary support to overcome the devastating occurrences.  

Jackson began his career and spent 19 years in the healthcare industry, focusing on management, operations, and marketing. His experience within the healthcare industry spanned multiple segments, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, capital equipment, diagnostics, and medical sales. The skill sets and strengths nurtured in the healthcare industry have allowed Jackson to create and build businesses in the plant-based medicines, biotech, civil works, private equity, and industrial hemp sectors.  

Jackson is a graduate of Morehouse College, with a BA in Business Administration and received both his Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Business Administration from Canterbury Christ Church University.
