Richard James Randolph III is a distinguished entrepreneur with a comprehensive background in high-level finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic real estate development.  Currently, Mr. Randolph serves as the Managing Member of Noble Management Holdings, an Atlanta, GA-based boutique Mergers & Acquisitions Firm. Under his leadership, Noble Management Holdings actively pursues opportunities across vital sectors including Manufacturing, Agriculture, Transportation and Logistics, Robotics, Cyber Security, and Media, reflecting his forward-thinking approach to investment and growth. His vision has also led to the expansion of his firm's relationships internationally, extending to Jamaica, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Africa.  

Earlier in his career, Mr. Randolph made significant contributions as the Chief Executive Officer of EF Block Georgia, LLC., a sustainable manufacturing and distribution company. His foundational experience also includes an impactful tenure as CEO of Expedient Investments, a real estate investment firm. In this role, Mr. Randolph was instrumental in supervising the financing, renovation, and/or construction of over 200 single-family homes, in addition to overseeing the new construction of more than 50 single-family residences. These early successes underscored his proficiency in managing large-scale projects and his strategic prowess in the real estate sector.  

Driven by a renewed purpose, Mr. Randolph has launched two significant ventures that complement Noble Management Holdings: The Noble Financial Literacy Course, a dedicated division within Noble, and Be Noble, a non-profit organization committed to economically empowering individuals through comprehensive financial literacy education.

Personal Values and Family Life

At the core of Mr. Randolph's life are his strong Christian faith and deeply held familial values. He is faithfully married and a proud father to two high school-aged children—a son and a daughter—both of whom possess viable collegiate aspirations and show promise for fruitful careers ahead. Mr. Randolph is further supported by a strong family foundation, including his mother, a former collegiate professor, and his father, a prominent Civil Engineer. His younger twin sisters also exemplified success, leading distinguished careers in medicine and technology, respectively.

Philanthropy

Philanthropy lies at the heart of Mr. Randolph's professional and personal endeavors. In 2008, he founded The Randolph Foundation, dedicated to serving marginalized communities and enhancing mental health through exposure to the Fine Arts. Leveraging his extensive network and partnerships, he has translated numerous relationships into meaningful opportunities for the Foundation. His collaborative spirit has fostered strong alliances with several staple organizations within the Metro Atlanta Community, including The Atlanta Dream, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, The Hank Stewart Foundation, the NAACP, The Trumpet Awards, The Duke Media Foundation, The Jazz Festival, Adidas, The Bronzelens Festival, and the National Incarceration Association.
